Refund Policy

Madge wants happy customers. if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your purchase price, not including shipping costs. Madge must be notified of a return request within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in original condition with all tags still attached. Refunds will not be issued until returned merchandise is received and inspected for damage.

Please chose carefully, remember, some of these pieces are over 70 years old. Flaws are pointed out in each description to the best of our ability. All items have been previously used. No warranties are made on how long these pieces will last or their resale value. If something jiggles loose during shipping such as stones Madge is able to repair it.  Just let us know.

If this is an international order, please understand that any customs, duties, taxes or fees assessed by your home country are YOUR responsibility and are not refundable. Please check with your customs authority to understand these charges. NO REFUNDS FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS WHO REFUSE PACKAGES DUE TO CUSTOM FEES OR ANY OTHER REASON.

If items are damaged in transit Madge will issue a full refund once customer has furnished photos of the damaged items and also the shipping box. Photos of the damaged items and box are necessary to file an insurance claim. Buyer may be required to fill out an insurance company affidavit before refund is issued.
